Mr. Friend is also a Soil Scientist and member of the Society of Soil Scientists of Southern New England. He has extensive experience in the areas of land use planning and site design, wetlands mapping, stormwater management, soils erosion and sedimentation control design and implementation, and construction inspection. Mr. Friend is a registered professional engineer in Connecticut and a LEED Accredited Professional. Megson Heagle Civil Engineers & Land Surveyors, LLCs services range from the initial analysis and feasibility study through the surveying, engineering and public presentation to municipal and regulatory agencies. The firm also provides construction stakeout and inspection services, soils mapping, and erosion and sedimentation control design and inspection. The survey crews are flexible, competent, and directed by two crew chiefs with extensive surveying experience.
