Offering classes in Pilates, Vinyasa yoga, and Gyrotonic (spherical movements for strength and joint flexibility), The Pilates Room has Pilates-certified instructors, private and semi-private sessions and reformer and jumpboard classes. Most classes/sessions are by appointment only, so call ahead.

The Bar Method is a fitness facility that offers an exercise program that uses a ballet bar in the workout. Through this unique workout, the ballet bar is incorporated to burn a lot of calories and fat and create long, lean muscle. The workout is for both beginners and those more advanced. This fitness center is elegantly decorated, with a locker room, child care room and, of course, the workout room with the ballet bar. Any weights that are used in the workout are provided by The Bar Method. Owner will give a free class to Patch users at the Shrewsbury location.
