From its humble beginnings in the little red house in 1997, Three Rivers Whitewater spawned into a river team that wanted to provide some fun river trips for visitors to Maine. Three Rivers Whitewater offers a variety of rafting river trips in a number of categories and skill levels. Serious fun trips include the rafting activities of the Kennebec River, Dead River, Penobscot River, kayaking the Seboomook, Dead River recreational releases, family raft trips, inflatable kayak trips, Kennebec raft trip and foliage float trip. Extreme adventure fun rafting activities include the same activities as the serious fun, but more advanced for more skilled rafters. The company also provides rafting activities for families and groups. Accomedations can be made at the Forks Outdoor Fun Resort or the Penobscot River Outpost. Both facilities have The Boatmans Bar and Grille and nightlife activities. Three Rivers Whitewater is located in West Forks, Maine.
