The Living Water Community Church has a congregation of nearly 1,000 and is part of the Assembly of God church. The church's ministries include men's and women's ministries, worship arts and student ministry among others. The church also offers its members a full service cafe.It is located behind the Pheasant Chase shopping plaza on Lily Cache Lane.
Restoration Church of God is located on Rucker Road, not far from the Houze Road intersection. It's a New Testament church that has evolved with the community and its members. A "praise band" was added in recent years to provide a more contemporary style of worship and to appeal to a younger audience.

New Life Church in Yorkville invests in its youth members by offering activities, camps and retreats. Its youth ministry can skate Yorkville's largest skate park on the church grounds. New Life Church also provides a strong music program with a band and sing-along hymns during mass.
Twin Rivers Worship Center is a large congregation that offers a mix of traditional and contemporary services. Though the congregation is large, everyone is invited to meet in the lobby after the service to convene with the Pastor and get acquainted. The South Christian Assembly is one of the many religious organizations located in this area. It is a Christian denomination based on the study of the Bible with separate ministries for children, men, women, youth, seniors and a special group called "Narrow Way," where it offers services to prisoners. Celebration Church has worship services in a beautiful state-of-the-art sanctuary, with almost 1,000 comfortable theater-style seats. Free Caribou coffee is served in the main lobby during services. Doughnuts and other goodies are also available for a small fee. The Children's Ministry serves children from birth through sixth grade, with Sunday School classes during the first service. The second service is Kids' Church. Amigos de Celebration is the Hispanic outreach of Celebration Church, which was established in 2005. Services are held at 1:30 p.m. Sundays.
