Vermont State Fair, founded in 1846, offers a range of carnivals and family entertainment services. It features a selection of off-season events for adults, children and senior citizens, including food drives, circuses, horse shows, senior picnics, soccer camps, summer activities and antique truck shows. The fair has worked with various entertainers, such as Loretta Lynn, Buck Owens, Roy Rogers, Dale Evans, Conway Twitty, Ronnie Milsap and Charlie Pride. Additionally, its free entertainment programs include sugarhouse stage, ground shows, bike riders, racing pigs, Eudora farms with various animals and Royal Canadian mounted police musical rides. Vermont State Fair is located in Rutland, Vt.
