Callanwolde Fine Arts Center is located in the 1920 Gothic-Tudor style home of the Charles Howard Candler family. It offers classes for adults and children, covering topics on literary art, visual art and performing arts. Historic tours are offered. The venue is a very beautiful place to hold a wedding as well.
Sts. Raphael, Nicholas & Irene Greek Orthodox Church has been in the community since 1999 but recently acquired more grounds and erected a new building. It has regular church services and an outreach to the community. The yellow building is located right off Bethelview Road. Plenty of parking is available. It hosts a Greek Orthodox Festival every spring.
Cumming Fairgrounds hosts county fairs, festivals and during the summer season, a farmer's market. Among these events are the IPRA World Champion Rodeo, the annual Steam and Gas Engine Expo, community yard sales and free concerts. There is also a farming village that demonstrate the functions of a cotton gin and corn and syrup mills. A huge parking lot is available across the street.
