Yoga Planet Studio offers a variety of Yoga workshops, group classes and private lessons to clients in the Rochester Hill area. Classes offered can include Basic Yoga, Power vinyasa, Slow Burn Yoga, Ashtanga Elements, Core Yoga and Weight Loss Yoga; there are also corporate classes available. Each class is held at room temperature, and clients are encouraged to avoid eating for at least one hour prior to attending a yoga session.
