The farm s milk processing facility is inspected by the Department of Agriculture. Its byproduct from cheese is used to feed pigs. Smiling Hill Farm occupies more than 500 acres of space. Its Silvery Moon Creamery specializes in cheese wholesale business and distributes its products throughout the United States.
