The  goal at III Pillars is to provide its clients with the tools necessary to lead an independently healthy lifestyle.

III Pillars has created a one-on-one training facility dedicated to rendering quality health and wellness coaching in a positive and stimulating environment. Its staff believes that exercise, nutrition and rest all play an equal role in achieving optimal health. Most other progams use a broad approach, which does not always meet one's unique indiviual needs. The III Pillars method uses a "whole picture" approach to create a customized program.

The company is owned and run by Ryan Manuel and Erik Heywood.  They both have CPT certifications and their affiliated trainers have CPT, ATC, USAW and other certifications. Check out the company's website for some spectacular training videos and more in-depth information about its services.

The center stands in between a large lawn, used to play a variety of sports activities, and a duck pond. Although signs request that people not feed the ducks, the eager behavior of the feathered friends who flock here suggests the rules have been summarily ignored.
