Our company may specialize in AV system design and installation, but we are in no way limited to those services. Because we are customer-driven, AVCO strives to provide all of the resources necessary to make the AV experience enjoyable and dynamic. Therefore, our system design and installation venues have grown to include service and maintenance of all AV installations, equipment sales, rentals, and all components and parts necessary to support the thousands of installations of AV systems in the Tennessee Valley. Our products and system integration solutions often include a mix of various integrated technologies: audio and sound reinforcement, professional video, telecommunications and telecommunications networks, and computers and computer network technologies. Our business longevity has allowed us to develop an extensive vendor supply chain with relationships lasting since the inception of AVCO Technologies in 1988. We provide personal assistance to our customers with the selection, application, training and integration of products and systems from our knowledgeable staff. Our designers analyze the needs of a client, suggest several design paths to consider, provide demonstrations and site visits to similar installations, address the requirements for the system and ultimately provide a well documented and straightforward scope of work for the project. Should AVCO and the client enter into an installation contract ( after the design phase ), AVCO field service representatives install and test the system assuring customer satisfaction.
