The Charleston Atlantic Presbytery is an administrative organization that orchestrates various functions and facilitates the relations between congregations, ministers, Certified Christian Educators and the Presbytery throughout the surrounding regions of Charleston, North Charleston, Beaufort, Mt Pleasant Savannah, Hilton Head and the surrounding areas. The office seeks to disseminate church news and information and assist in education and awareness training for congregations and local church mission committees.

St. Peter's Church-Episcopal offers Sunday School classes for adults and children. Nursery services are available during worship hours for children under the age of three years. St Peter's Church-Episcopal Buddy Club aims to be a support group for children between the ages of four and seventeen years who have experiences the death of parent or family member. Participants meet weekly in a group setting.
Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church has children's, students', men's and women's ministries. Bible study is available for all ages, as are youth groups and choir.
Holy Light Miracle Temple is a fellowship of people united by a common faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. The church offers worship service each Sunday and Bible study every Wednesday.

Providence Lutheran Church is one of a few historic churches in Lexington. It is led by Rev. Patti Sue Burton-Pye. In addition to Sunday and Wednesday worship services, the facility offers the Good Morning pre-school. It has a very active youth program and vacation Bible school is provided in the summer.

The congregation of Midway Baptist Church is led by Pastor Billy Hill, and gathers in a lovely old style brick church situated on Saint James Avenue near Old Moncks Corner Road. Outdoor facilities include a sand volleyball court, a garden and a large lush green lot. Midway Baptist Church frequently conducts community outreach programs and charitable initiatives such as blood drives and food pantry collection for needy families. It also conducts worship services, prayer meetings and Bible studies throughout the week.
