Established in 1973, Rocky Bayou Christian School is private elementary and secondary school providing education and enrichment services to students in prekindergarten through grade 12. Located in Niceville, Fla., it is a ministry of the Northwest Florida Christian Education Association. It has an academy, elementary and high schools, and study campuses in Niceville and Fort Walton Beach in Florida. It provides courses in various subjects, including Bible studies, English, history, geography, literature, science and math. It also provides courses in various science-related areas, including life, Earth, environmental and physical science. It additionally provides elective courses in art, band, choir, drama, human anatomy, astronomy, physiology, network management and Web designing. The school also provides International Baccalaureate, diploma, advanced placement and honors programs in various subjects, such as music, calculus and Latin. The school additionally offers various athletic programs, such as football, soccer, golf, cross country, sailing and baseball. Rocky Bayou Christian School also offers the Home Study Assistance Program and various extracurricular activities.
