Creative Photography By Maya is a professional photography studio that offers a wide variety of photo and video services. Conveniently located on Street Road, Creative Photography By Maya is serving the Philadelphia area, Bucks and Montgomery counties, and the Newtown, Yardley and South Jersey areas.


Come in to our studio for your family portraits, baby and child photography, modeling/acting portfolios, engagement and maternity sessions, professional head shots, pet photography, passport photos and much more. We are one of the few studios that offer a convenient and affordable CD package, custom beauty retouch one on one with the artist, unique photo gifts, green screen effects and online preview of each session. Our friendly staff pays detailed attention to each client. When you make an appointment at our studio - your time is reserved for you and your family only and while walk-ins are welcome, appointments always take priority.


When you need a photographer for shorter periods of time, for example: media events, commercial work, school portraits or graduations, at home or outside sessions, we offer a convenient per hour rate. All of our on location packages include a DVD with full resolution enhanced photos from the event and a password-protected online gallery.

Photography has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. My parents tell stories of me as a five-year old stealing their camera to take pictures. The Newborn Photography experience I provide is completely unique. After booking your session, we will schedule your Styling Session. I come out to your home to meet you guys and start planning what I will create for your Newborn Session. We will chat about colors and fabrics, but more importantly, we will chat about you guys. I get to know your story and things that are important to you. From there, I start coming up with some ideas to make your session special. I like to pull in things to make is YOUR session. The Newborn Photography itself happens in the first two weeks of your baby’s life. I recommend booking your Newborn Portraits at least three months before your due date in order to reserve a spot. I take only a limited number of newborns each month in order to provide the best experience and create our exquisite artwork and images. Unlike many who photograph everything from newborns to weddings to family reunions, I specialize in only Newborns and their Mommies. I have dedicated years to learning the art of Newborn Photography in a way that will produce stunning images while always letting baby lead the way. The day of your Newborn Portraits, you don’t have much to do. I will send you a list of tips a few days before your session. But otherwise, you just get to sit back. I have an assistant, so you don’t have to do anything. Most couples will just hang out catching up on favorite Netflix shows, or napping. The Newborn Session lasts roughly three hours, but depends on the baby. Babies that stay asleep the full session can be quicker, while a fussier baby could be a bit longer. Family Portraits are included in every Newborn Session. We even invite grandparents if you would like to include them. After your Newborn Session, you will come in to see your images during the Ordering Session. I am a print based studio, and the Ordering Session is when you will select your products. Most people select our Heirloom Album and a few pieces of Wall Art. You will be able to see our Albums during your Styling Session and the Wall Art during your Maternity or Newborn Photography Session. I create everything with the future in mind, making sure that your gallery of images will grow with your family and look amazing together. The meticulous editing and post processing produces flawless and timeless images. In addition, all products are created from the very best professional labs and studios from around the world. In addition to being recognized as a top Newborn Photographer, I have won multiple International Awards for my Newborn Photography, specifically client work. I am located in Swarthmore, PA, which is about 30 minutes from Center City Philadelphia. I know this because I have a weakness for Philly restaurants. I have served clients from Center City, Rittenhouse Square, Old City, Northern Liberties, Fishtown, Manayunk, Fitler Square, South Philadelphia, Society Hill, University City, Fairmount, Washington Square, Museum District, and Chestnut Hill. In addition, I have served clients outside of Philadelphia in Swarthmore, Media, Malvern, Wynnewood, Vilanova, Devon, Berwyn, Wayne, Radnor, Chesterbrook, Narberth, Merion Station, Haverford, Paoli, Bryn Mawr, Ardmore, Doylestown, Newtown, New Hope, West Chester, Exton, Phoenixville, Kennett Square, Chester Springs, King of Prussia, Plymouth Meeting, Harleysville, Fort Washington, Royersford, and Gladwyne.
