At Santa Cruz Flying Club, people of all ages can enjoy a number of services. It is part of the Watsonville Pilots' Association and offers community access to pilot supplies, training programs, accelerated flight instruction as well as scenic flights. Rates range from $82 hourly for an intro flight and $150 for plane rental. Flight instructor price ranges from $50 to $60 hourly. Other programs include plane simulation which runs around $35 per session.
Ramor Oaks Riding Club is both a boarding stable and private riding grounds for those who practice dressage and trail riding for show. With a location bordering Mt. Madonna State Park and its miles of equestrian trails, there is also a full-size competition arena and galloping grounds. Horses stabled here receive high-quality feed and care from professionals, and all boarders are involved in training at this facility. Ramor Oaks also has horses for sale.
