During the week, United Studios of Self Defense provides classes for children according to age and skill level, while adult classes are conveniently available on weekends. All instructors are black belt qualified. USSD teaches a blended form of karate called Kempo Karate. In the summer months, Karate Kicks, a summer camp for kids, is offered.
Z-Ultimate Self Defense Studios is a nationwide martial arts instruction provider. This location offers a variety of classes for adults and children, including mixed martial arts, karate, grappling and self-defense.
Kuk Sool Won offers a wide range of martial arts programs with specialized instruction for kids ages 3 and up as well as teens and adults. Programs are age specific and offer traditional instruction, innovative methods and fundamental teaching. Instructor Kristin Quintana has taught adults and children since 1998 and is a former world champion.
