Phil Van Hoy and Craig Reutlinger formed the firm in 1989, knowing that with a small organization they could focus on practicing law. Steve Dunn came to the firm in 1996 as a summer associate, then came to work full time after he graduated from law school in 1998. In 2000, Bryan Adams joined the firm as a full partner. All four attorneys specialize in employment law, representing employers for day-to-day guidance and every level of litigation. Craig Reutlinger also specializes in representing health care providers.
