Dr. Devanshi Gupta, MD, FAAN, FAANEM, of North Texas Neurology & Neuropathy in Allen, Texas has been recognized for her contribution to the medical field. As an expert in the disciplines of neurology, neuromuscular disease, clinical neurophysiology and electrodiagnostic medicine, Dr. Gupta has been recognized several times as one of America’s top physicians by the Consumers’ Research Council of America, and she has received additional accolades for her outstanding service, compassion, and exceptional patient care. Dr. Gupta is fellowship-trained in neurology & neuromuscular disease, electrodiagnostic medicine, and neurophysiology from the University of Tennessee at Memphis, where she also served as chief resident in the last year of her neurology residency. Dr. Gupta is board-certified in these disciplines, and she is an is an active member of the American Medical Association, the Peripheral Nerve Society, and the International Nerve Consortium. As an award-winning physician whose work has been published in peer-reviewed medical journals, Dr. Gupta has presented her research at both national and international conferences. She continues to involve herself in neuropathy, neuropathic pain, and neurological disease research. She reaches out to the community often with educational talks to increase awareness about Neuropathies and stroke, dementia etc. Many of her articles have been published in leading Magazines, Newspapers, and newsletters. Dr. Gupta provides advanced testing and treatment for patients who have suffered a stroke and widely supports stroke education. She started the Stroke Program at Richardson Regional Medical center in 2010 and got it its Primary stroke Certification. Patients 18 and above receive treatment from Dr. Gupta and her friendly, caring team. She works with each patient individually to identify the causes of their neurological disorders and improve each patient’s condition and quality of life.
