American Dance Center offers nationally recognized programs for preschool students, as well as professionals. The center also provides students the opportunities to participate in professional performances. American Dance Center offers scholarship opportunities and career counseling services to students. It maintains studios with features, such as high ceilings, sprung floors, double mounted barres, full-length mirrors, surround-sound, and gift and dancewear shop. The center also maintains a costume storage facility and space to host children s parties. In addition, its students participate in dinner shows, stage performances and various other special events. Established in 1971, American Dance Center maintains a location in Homewood, Ill.
