McCarran International Airport LAS is an airport in Las Vegas, Nevada. LAS Airport is the 24th busiest in the world and handles 40 million travelers annually.  There are 1,234 slot machines in the airport. McCarran came about after a purchase by the Clark County in 1948 from the Crockett family. Soon afterward it was named in honor of Nevada Senator Pat McCarran.

Spring Mountain Youth Camp, also known as SMYC, is a division of the Department of Juvenile Justice Services, which is a part of the government of Clark County in Nevada. It is a correctional facility that houses male youths between the ages of 12 and 18. The division provides therapeutic, educational, social, medical and recreational services for more than 200 youths. Spring Mountain Youth Camp organizes substance abuse, parenting and social skill development programs.
