For over 21 years, Harry Browne's has been the mainstay for dining on State Circle in Annapolis. The Country Club of Maryland was an 18-hole private golf course. It offers fine dining, a golf pro shop and group and private golf lessons. It is available for weddings, group golf outings and other events.
Manor Country Club is one of the region's premier clubs. Its grounds include 431 acres of rolling hills with water, foliage and trees, a 27-hole golf course, 10 tennis courts, two swimming pools and a clubhouse.
In the early days, Manor operated as an inn as well as a country club and housed many White House visitors. Weekend guests stayed on the third floor. Later, part of the property was subdivided so weekend cottages and year-round homes could be built.
