About IPA Illinois Principals Association is dedicated to professional development by increasing the knowledge and enhancing the skills needed to meet the demands of principals increasingly complex jobs. It is our fervent belief that better principals foster better schools. We are resolute in our responsibility to assist in solving problems, and trained staff members with years of experience as elementary and secondary school principals and an attorney are always available to answer your legal questions and offer professional advice.
