Giddens Industries is a manufacturer that supplies the aerospace industry with large complex machined and sheet metal parts. With technology constantly changing, Giddens manufacturing abilities are evolving with the addition of new capabilities and better-trained personnel to meet continually higher quality standards. Established in 1974, Giddens facilities in Everett, Wash., were designed to incorporate the latest technologies with more than 100,000 square feet of manufacturing and distribution space. Its material capabilities include aluminum, magnesium, steel, high-heat treated steel, titanium, composites and exotic material, such as stellite, inconel, hastaloy. Its manufacturing capabilities include a variety of computer numerically controlled turning, machining and cutting machines, stretch and brake forming, hydro and punch pressing, roll forming, heat treating, aluminum aging, joggle and welding. Its component assembly capabilities include bonding, sealing, riveting and bearing staking. Giddens also performs broaching, grinding, welding and brazing.

As a recognized leader in human to machine interface solutions, IDD Aerospace has developed illuminated panels for more than 56 types of civil and military aircrafts. The company began in 1959 as Farwest Manufacturing and was responsible for the first lighted displays in the 707 Jumbo Jet and the DC-8 aircraft.
