Established in 2001, the Wildwood Family YMCA is a nonprofit center that serves children, adults and senior citizens through a variety of fitness, recreational and sports programs and services. The center features a pool, gymnasium and fitness facility. It is a branch of the YMCA of Greater St. Louis, which coordinates a range of wellness, fitness and child care programs. The Wildwood Family YMCA maintains steam and locker rooms. The center offers its facilities to host parties, meetings and conferences. Founded in 1853, the YMCA of Greater St. Louis is a part of the YMCA of the USA, which is an international charitable organization.
