The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers is a trade union that represents more than 730,000 workers in over 200 industries. The union maintains accounting, aerospace, automotive, collective bargaining, human resources, purchasing and legal departments. Its support staff department deals with bylaws and internal disputes, engineering and housekeeping, membership records, purchasing, duplicating and mailing services.
