Operated by the City of Menlo Park, Arrillaga Family Gymnasium is a fitness facility. The gym offers a variety of programs for children and adults, including basketball, badminton, volleyball and fitness classes and leagues. The facility can also be rented for camps, clinics and practices.
This highly trafficked community swimming complex in Burgess Park was opened by Tim Sheeper in 2010. Sheeper wanted to build a place where the community could engage in activities that were not only fun, but healthy and energetic too. People of any age and fitness level can enjoy the activities offered at Menlo Swim and Sport, including open swim 7 days a week, swim classes for kids and adults, and water exercise and safety classes. Triathlon training is available for athletes of all skill levels.
