Formerly Dora's Gymnastics, Aeon Fitness was recently taken over by two former staff members who revamped to make it better than ever. Amanda Caron, and Stephanie Green have both been working in gymnastics for a number of years and each has broad knowledge of the sport. The focus of this gym is not just for the "serious gymnast" but for youth from eighteen months to eighteen years. It offers something for all young people from competitive gymnastics teams to aerobic fitness classes to help keep in shape.

Shrewsbury Gymnastic School is a school that offers gymnastic classes. The school starts kids as early as Pre-School and even have classes geared specifically for that age group. They offer classes that are for parents and children of 2-3 years old. Other classes include gymnastics and trampoline, tumbling and private lessons. The school also has their own girls gymnastics team for those students that are willing to take it to the competitive level.
