The Lake Success Golf Club, located South of the I-495 on Lakeville Road, is an 18-hole par-70 private golf course reserved for resident members of The Lake Success Golf Club. The golf course features 6,294 yards of green spread over 18 holes. The Lake Success Golf Club opened in 1956 and is currently managed by Robert Mistretta. A driving range is also available.
University Gardens Swimming & Tennis Club, located on Sussex Road right off of Northern Boulevard, is a private Swimming Pool and Tennis Club reserved for members of the University Gardens community. The facility features a heated pool, two large tennis courts, a basketball court and a kids playground. Use of facilities are reserved for Members of the University Gardens Swimming & Tennis Club.
Since 2005, the North Shore Fencer club has been a center for professional training and instruction in fencing. The dedicated professional teaching staff has produced many champion students, and demonstrates continued excellence in the field. They also work with the athletic programs at local schools to integrate pro-level training into school fencing programs.
