RVR Horse Rescue is a non-profit volunteer-run organization offering rescue and rehabilitation to horses abused, abandoned or neglected. Service provided include medical attention, training and physical/emotional rehabilitation. Individuals and organizations interested in supporting RVR's efforts can donate to the cause, or adopt a rescue. It regularly hosts community events including fundraisers, musical performances, holiday parties and animal-abuse awareness seminars.
