The Claw At USF claims to be the most challenging golf course in the New Tampa community. Situated in the midst of a nature preserve, it is not uncommon to spot an alligator, spoonbill or even a deer. The fairways are tight and are lined by oaks and cypress trees to make it a majestically appointed course. Rocky's Grill is available for snacks and light meals before or after a round of pleasant play on The Claw At USF.
Pebble Creek Golf Club features a beautiful 18-hole course and also hosts weddings, golf events and meetings in its clubhouse. The club offers memberships to the public, as well as club rentals, golf carts with GPS, great rates and specials and gift certificates. A restaurant is located on-site.
Terrace Hill Golf Club is located off of Temple Terrace Highway. It offers a rare use of its nine hole gold course and is the only course in Tampa that offers night tee times. It is open seven days a week.
