This class is designed to bring dance conditioning techniques directly to the non-dancer ( and dancers too! ) This class will leave you strong, stretched and centered. Our Business The Pilates Center of Northwest Indiana is a full-service Pilates Studio located in Crown Point, Indiana. We are the only full service Pilates studio in Northwest Indiana. The studio is owned and operated by Jackie LaMantia who has been a fitness professional helping clients achieve their goals throughout her career. Jackies experience includes completion of a 500 hour comprehensive Studio equipment training program. She holds several national certifications in group exercise and personal training.
