I always work with the whole self, whether someone comes to see me for counseling, relational issues, trauma release or specialized body-work. I specialize in helping to shift old non-functional patterns of behavior and emotional response that negatively impact our sense of self and our relationship with others. Many of these patterns are trauma-based, and keep us from living our full potential. Old, stuck patterns also lock in our body causing chronic pain, tension, strain, imbalance and fatigue, as well as lowered levels of functioning in general. I work with specialized approaches such as Cranial-Sacral Therapy, Visceral and Neural Manipulation, Jin Shin Do, Kinesiology and other modalities.
